How can I report a bug?
Just send us an email with a short description of the problem and – if possible – a screenshot. We'll take care of it as soon as possible!
I forgot my password. What can I do?
Use the "Forgot password" function in the app. If you don't receive an email, check your spam folder or contact us directly.
How can I submit my own activities?
In the app, you'll find the "Your Activities" tab where you can upload new tips. Just follow the instructions there.
My activity was not published. Why?
All new activities are reviewed by our team. It may take up to 48 hours for your tip to be approved. If we have any questions, we'll contact you by email.
How can I delete my profile?
Send us an email from your registered address and we will delete your profile and all associated data in accordance with GDPR.
Can I transfer my favorites to a new device?
Yes, just log in with your existing account on the new device. Your favorites and activities will be synced automatically.
