2. Purpose of the App

"RausZeit" is an iOS app for providing family-friendly leisure activities, entered by parents for parents. The app shows activities in the user's area on a map and allows registered users to submit their own suggestions.

3. What data is processed?

a) Location data

If you allow the app to access your location, we use this information exclusively to display nearby activities on the map. Your location is not stored permanently.

b) User account / Registration

To submit leisure activities, registration is required. The following data is processed:

• Email address
• Username (optional)

This data is stored on servers of the service provider Supabase.

c) Submitted activities

All information you voluntarily provide when creating an activity (e.g. title, description, location) is publicly visible within the app.

d) Usage data (server logs)

When using the app, technical information is automatically collected (e.g. IP address, access time, device used). This is stored for a short time on the servers of Supabase for error analysis and to ensure operation.

4. Data processing by Supabase

The app's backend is provided by Supabase Inc. (USA/EU). Supabase processes your data exclusively on the basis of a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. The data is stored on European servers.

5. No disclosure to third parties, no advertising

Your data will not be sold to third parties or used for advertising purposes. The app does not contain any advertising. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Deletion of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)

7. Storage and deletion

Personal data is only stored as long as it is required for the respective purpose. You can delete your user account at any time, which will also remove your personal data from the system.

I reserve the right to update this privacy policy in the event of changes to the app's functionality or legal requirements. The current version is always available via the app or on request.
